Great location not far from the city center and a park, with easy access to a Byzantine monument nearby.

Besides, the location was good and beautiful for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a Turkish footbal stadium. The room was large and had exceptional views of a garden across the street.

suite room is big and nice , staff was nice , they know little english , trying to help.
they staff that is responsible for parking is always mad and harsh in treating us, he is ok but need to be trained in how to treat the guest nicely and teach him to smile to the resident , smile is an easy thing to do. breakfast is nice but no refill you should wake up at 7 or 8 so you can catch the food , its racing . the tea has tea and hot water , the hot water is yellow color i needed hot water for my baby and i use hot water in tea but it was yellow and there was no boiler in room, yellow bread in the breakfast has water and smell bad not healthy. bathroom walls is tiny you can hear your neighbour. very old furniture . expensive as 3 star hotel but nothing to find in trabzon , so its like take it or leave it. don't leave your key with any staff , i saw 20 kilometer in my car and i didn't complain because i was about to leave.

Breakfast was better than expected
My room was not services during my 3-day trip (no cleaning/no fresh clean towels) Difficult to communicate with staff due to language barrier. This did not ruin my trip, it was just disappointing.

Location facing the black sea and close to the airport and central trabzon
The joke is you have to keep yopur room open in order for them to clean it. The staff very rood, the hotel will not accept the booking money(euro by visa) we used to make the reservations. The room decor very old , plumbing pipes sticking out of the walls. Lets put it this way if I have to travel to trabzon again the only reason I would have to stay at this hotel if the other hotel is for drug addicts even then I would not have stayed more than one night. The breakfast is dreadful if you are particular about what you eat

Had a great time in the double room and wouldn't have minded spending the whole day there, plus the private bathroom was a nice touch.

Staff helpful when we asked for a taxi into the centre of town, suggested we use a Dolmus, the minibus that transports people around the town for a very small fare.On our last day when we missed our coach due to a communication problem, they could not have done more for us, calling the coach company and arranging for us to catch the next one.
The hotel is situated some distance from the centre, so it was necessary to catch a dolmus each day. This was not difficult with the help of the staff. As there were no nearby restaurants within walking distance it was necessary to eat in the hotel each evening, where the meals were satisfactory but not served hot enough as they were brought down in the elevator to the ground floor dining room as the one upsatirs was used for functions such as weddings. This hotel is really for business people, not for tourists, unless the have a car.Very little English was spoken and we were the only English speaking guests. We would recommend it with these reservations.

The room was a good size - we stayed in a quadruple which was actually like a two room suite. There were two single beds and a double bed, the double bed being in a separate room. Also, the breakfast was great with a lot of food.
It wasn't a problem because I could speak some Turkish, but the staff doesn't really speak English. The hotel isn't in a particularly "touristy" area, but we were able to walk down to a waterfront restaurant and there's a market nearby.
